Whatnot fees 2026: commission, processing, and the new tiers

Whatnot’s fee is really three pieces wearing one coat: a commission on the item, card processing on top, and — new in late 2026 — lower commission tiers for high-volume sellers. It is also the fee schedule most likely to have changed since the last guide you read, which is why almost no reseller spreadsheet covers it.

Why this matters for your books

Live selling piles up dozens of small sales a night, each clipped by commission and processing — track it by hand and you will be wrong by the end of the first show. The Sold Ledger carries Whatnot’s full structure in Settings, category rates and processing included, so a night of sales nets out correctly with a single status flip per item. The same table ships in the file, stamped with its verification date.

The Sold Ledger applies Whatnot’s commission and processing automatically — plus verified tables for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and StockX. $39 once, every year in one file.
